Purple shampoo does not replace the use of toner, it's a great alternative when needed to help reduce unwanted brass or yellow tones in the hair. 

Toner tends to have more immediate results, Supernova shampoo works gradually. 

These products are temporary, toner is typically demi permanent (results last 4 weeks)

Supernova provides maintenance between salon visits, does not provide level of toning required for post bleaching
